1) Given the parallelogram below, find coordinates for P, without using any new
variables.
2) Place a non-specific rhombus in the most convenient position on the coordinate
plane. Label each vertex using variables for each of the coordinates. Be sure to use the fewest possible variables.
5) Draw a model for a square with sides 8p units long. Give coordinates for each
vertex, and the coordinates of the point of intersection of the diagonals.
8) If you want to prove that the diagonals of a parallelogram bisect each other
using coordinate geometry, how would you place the parallelogram on the coordinate
plane? Give the coordinates of the vertices for the placement you choose.
